The Operational Mirror (“TOM”) · a service of Dexability Co · Effective Date: June 24, 2026

1. Overview

TOM (The Operational Mirror) is a one-time purchase of $1,496 USD. Refund eligibility is tied to a single, fixed 72-hour window that begins at the moment of purchase. This same window also determines whether you qualify for the complimentary in-depth social media analysis bonus.

The short version: you have 72 hours from purchase to submit your complete intake (Part 1 and Part 2) and let us know if you'd like a refund. Once that window closes, your purchase is considered final.

2. The 72-Hour Window

Within 72 hours of purchase, you must do both of the following to remain eligible for a refund:

  1. Submit complete information for Part 1 and Part 2 of your intake; and
  2. Notify us that you want a refund, by emailing .

This same 72-hour window also determines your eligibility for the complimentary in-depth social media analysis bonus, which is included only if you complete and submit both parts of your intake within the window.

If you haven't returned both Part 1 and Part 2 by the end of the 72-hour window, we'll reach out one time to request the missing information. If we don't hear back, or the missing information still hasn't arrived within 72 hours of that notice, we'll move forward with your analysis using whatever information we have. We want to be upfront that this version won't be as in-depth, since the missing half affects how much we're able to assess.

To keep things simple and predictable for everyone, we don't follow up beyond that one notice. Submitting your complete intake within the original 72-hour window is the best way to make sure you stay eligible for both the refund and the bonus.

3. After the Window Closes

If the 72-hour window passes without both (a) a complete Part 1 and Part 2 submission, and (b) a refund request, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund, and the complimentary in-depth social media analysis bonus is no longer included.

This holds true even if you go on to submit your remaining intake information shortly after the window closes — we're glad to still accept and use that information to complete your analysis, but the purchase remains non-refundable and the bonus stays off the table from that point forward.

4. Processing & Delivery Timeline

Here's the full sequence, start to finish:

Hour 0

You complete your one-time payment of $1,496. The 72-hour window begins.

Hours 0–72

You submit Part 1 and Part 2, and may request a refund if you choose to.

If intake is still incomplete at Hour 72

We send one notice requesting your missing information. You'll have 72 hours from that notice to send it over — refund and bonus eligibility have already closed by this point, but we'd still rather have the full picture for your analysis. If we don't hear back, or the information still hasn't arrived, we move forward with whatever we have, and let you know the analysis won't be as in-depth as a result.

Next business day after intake closes

Your analysis enters processing. You'll receive a notification that processing has started.

No later than Day 4 (on-time intake only)

If you submitted complete intake within the original 72 hours but we can't confirm you received the processing notification, your analysis is treated as having started processing regardless, no later than the 4th calendar day after purchase. Business days run Monday–Friday.

Within 5 business days of processing start

Your completed interactive report is delivered. If you qualified for the bonus social media analysis, it's delivered together with your report at the same time.

Note: the 5-business-day delivery estimate begins once your intake is complete and processing starts — not at the moment of purchase. If you submit on time, expect your report within roughly 8–9 business days of purchase. If your intake was incomplete and required the one-time follow-up notice, delivery will run later, since processing can't begin until intake is resolved (either completed or treated as final after the 72-hour grace period).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within your 72-hour window, email with your order details and the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

A few specific situations worth calling out — these aren't eligible for a refund, regardless of timing:

  • A refund request made after the 72-hour window has closed.
  • Dissatisfaction with the findings or conclusions in a completed report, when the report reflects the information you submitted.
  • An incomplete or inaccurate analysis that resulted from incomplete or inaccurate information on your end.
  • Delays in submitting Part 1 or Part 2 that push your intake past the 72-hour window.
